Ordering and Payment -
Payment must be made in full before your order will be shipped.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order if we believe there is a significant risk of fraud or for any other reason.
You the customer agree to pay for the order in full and in the event that the original payment method is cancelled or withdrawn you agree to pay immediately by an alternate method specified by Hancock Guitars.
You agree to check all items in your order immediately when it arrives and make sure you are satisfied with them.
You agree that any refunds, returns or exchanges will not be considered unless you contact us to request to return the items within 7 days of the arrival of your order.
We will not refund shipping insurance or handling costs unless we agree that the error is our fault.
You agree to report any damage immediately to your local postal service and us.
Hidden Faults in Timber -
You agree that we have no responsibility or liability for hidden faults any timber products which we supply.
Dryness of timber -
We are not representing the timber products we sell as being cured or fully dried and ready to use immediately. You agree that you must keep the timber in your possession for an adequate amount of time prior to using it so that you are satisfied that it is cured.
You agree that we are not responsible or liable in any way for any damage caused to an instrument by dimensional change in the timber products we sell.
Wood, Shell, Bone & Plastic Dust and Your Health -
These dusts can provoke severe irritation to the respiratory system, asthma, allergies and dermatitis. You agree to take all precautions to ensure you are protected from any dust created during the use of products including using dust extraction, wearing a respirator or effective dust mask.
