Shipment -
All orders are sent by mail
Australian Orders can be sent by Registered Post (2-7 days) or Express Post (1-3 days)
International Orders can be sent by Air Mail (1-3 weeks) or Sea Mail – Please be aware that Sea Mail is very slow
All order are insured during transport, a small insurance charge is included in our shipping charge - We pack all orders very well to ensure they arrive undamaged
Shipping Charges can be easily calculated by adding items to the shopping cart and entering your postcode or country - Australian shipping cost starts from around $11 including handling
Please Note we do not permit personal pick up or visits under any circumstances
Orders are normally posted within 2 working days of ordering
Items Not in Stock -
Can be backordered at the time of ordering, please indicate in the comments box if you would like these items shipped separately later or if you would like your order held until they are in stock
Returns -
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery of your order to arrange a return of any items
If you are unhappy with an item you may return it in new condition for a credit, replacement or refund of the purchase price
When your order is delivered please check all items immediately and make sure you are happy with them
All shipping, handling and insurance costs will be paid by the customer unless the error was our fault

If you have been sent the wrong item please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent and reimburse the postage cost to return the incorrect item
